A Japanese Medical Device Manufacturer is currently looking for a full time, Operations & Sales Support Coordinator to join their Torrance, CA location. 


The Coordinator will  support the US operations of a leading Japanese manufacturer. 


This is a newly established position due to our business expansion. As we are in a dynamic startup phase in the US, we are looking for a candidate who can adapt flexibly to various tasks across both Operations and Sales Support.


 Whether you are an experienced professional or a motivated new graduate, we value your potential and "can-do" attitude over a specific years of experience. 


DOE and skills, the pay pay range for thai position will be between the 50k-70k mark with amazing benefits. 


Your essential duties would include the following:


  • Operations & Logistics: Manage daily order processing, shipping coordination, and delivery follow-ups. Prepare shipping documents, track inventory, and collaborate with warehouse staff.

  • Sales & Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotes/invoices, and maintain accurate records in internal systems.

  • HQ Coordination: Facilitate smooth communication with our headquarters in Japan for order fulfillment and operational reporting.

  • Marketing & Event Support: Provide logistical support for trade shows and conferences. Assist with basic social media updates and promotional materials.

  • Startup Flexibility: As part of a growing team, assist with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed to support the office’s success.


Please consider the following qualifications: 


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (New graduates with high potential are highly encouraged to apply).

  • Language: English (Business Level). Japanese language skills OR a strong interest in Japanese culture/business is highly preferred.

  • Visa Requirement: Must have valid US work authorization.

  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Mindset: * Ability to thrive in an unstructured, startup-like environment.

    • Strong "soft skills" and a positive, professional personality.

    • High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
