A Japanese entertainment company is currently looking for a full time, fully onsite HR Coordinator to join their Cerritos, CA location.
The HR Coordinator will support payroll, benefits, and employee operations. This is a great opportunity for entry-level candidates or recent graduates to gain hands-on HR experience and grow within the field.
DOE and skills, the pay range for this position would be between the 45k-49k mark with amazing benefits.
Your essential duties would be as follows:
• Support payroll processing (timecards, PTO, adjustments)
• Assist with employee benefits administration (health, 401k, etc.)
• Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
• Respond to employee questions and provide HR support
• Help with compliance reporting and documentation
• Support onboarding, HR events, and internal communications
Please consider the following qualifications when applying:
・Bachelor’s degree or a related field preferred
・ 0–1 year of HR or administrative experience welcome
・Strong attention to detail and organization skills
・Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support department tasks
・ Basic Excel skills preferred
・Bilingual skills (English + Spanish or Japanese) are a big plus
