A cookware maker is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager (or Marketing Lead, depending on experience) to lead all U.S. marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting engaging visual content and executing innovative marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and drive sales in an exciting D2C environment.
The location for this position is in the El Segundo CA area.
DOE and skills, the pay range for this position can go up 100k!!!
Your essential duties would be as followed:
Lead U.S. marketing initiatives for the company's brand, including managing campaigns across various channels, creating content, copywriting, and liaising with PR and media partners.
Develop, design, and produce branded content for diverse platforms.
Write compelling, on-brand copy for websites, social media, newsletters, blogs, and press releases.
Manage social media strategy and operations, including planning, creating, and posting content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Oversee updates and maintenance of the company website.
Please consider the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media Studies, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, digital advertising.
Exceptional writing and communication skills across multiple channels, including newsletters, blogs, social media, and press releases.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.
A strong eye for results-driven, platform-specific visual communication.
Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive, customer-focused approach with strong listening and client engagement skills.
Comfortable in a startup-like environment, wearing multiple hats as needed.
Willingness to travel for business (preferred).
Conversational-level Japanese (preferred).
A passion for cooking or interest in food is a big plus.
Experience in photography, videography, and/or video editing is highly desirable.
