A Japanese IT company is currently looking for a Japanese Bilingual Network Technician to join their Los Angeles, CA location.

DOE and skills, the pay range for this position would be between the 44k-45k + bonuses twice a year.

Your essential duties would include the following:

Technician for O&M support at 24/7/365 Network Operation Center for any network, datacenter, international transmission, submarine cable, backbone equipment, infrastructure and IT solution services. Customer support, handling incoming customer calls and emails. Basic technical troubleshooting of network services following the documentation such as action procedure and workflows.  OJT will be provided in the long term.

 ​​​​​​・Investigate, analyze, and resolve trouble reports

・Monitor and maintain the customer's network environment.

・Check and inspect for alerts when the network is down, and record logs.

Please consider the following qualifications when applying:

• ​​​​​​​Bilingual in Japanese and English

(One of the languages must be at a fluent level)

(It’s okay if you're not perfectly bilingual)

• ​​Microsoft Word and Excel skills at a middle to high school level
