A Japanese entertainment company is currently looking for a full time, fully onsite Japanese Bilingual Tech Support Representative to join their City of Industry, CA location.
The Tech Representative will coordinate corporate operations, and act as a key communication hub within the Technical Department.
This position is ideal for someone who can multitask, collaborate across teams, and communicate effectively in both English and Japanese.
DOE and skills the pay range for this opportunity would be between the 52k-54k mark with amazing benefits.
Your essential duties would be as follows:
• Department & Technician Support: Assist the Technical Director and technicians with daily operations, scheduling, layout changes, machine updates, new game setups, and ensuring store requests are handled promptly.
• Communication & Coordination: Serve as the primary contact for internal departments, vendors, and external partners; interpret between Japanese and English to support smooth communication.
• Reporting & Documentation: Review daily/weekly/monthly store reports, maintain accurate records, manage vendor contact lists, and ensure proper documentation of orders, parts, and tasks.
• Inventory, Ordering & Logistics: Maintain parts inventory, process supply/consumable requests from stores, verify parts orders, create shipping labels, coordinate equipment transfers, and support new store tool/equipment shipments.
• Administrative & Travel Support: Answer and direct calls, arrange technician travel (flights/hotels), assist with payment tasks, and support additional operational duties as listed in the main task list.
Please consider the following qualifications:
• Bilingual English/Japanese ( Conversational level is ok!)
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to motivate and guide staff.
• Ability to travel frequently and manage time effectively across multiple locations.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills backed by logical, data-driven judgment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
