A Japanese IT Software Company located in San Francisco; CA area is currently looking for a temporary, fully remote Japanese Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join their team.

 

Based on performance, there is a possibility of this becoming a permanent one.

 

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the organization's human resources operations by handling a wide range of HR administrative tasks. An important part of your role will be managing payroll, supporting policy implementation, office and workplace creation, and being compliant with labor laws. Your goal is to ensure the HR department operates efficiently and smoothly.

 

The pay range for this position would be around the 56k-66k DOE and skills.

 

Your essential duties would be as followed:

​​​​​​​• Support the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties

• Manage the payroll processes

• Lead admin processes and government facing processes within the HR department

• Assist in updating HR policies accordingly to comply with the latest regulations

• Support updating and managing office and workplace related arrangements

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel, and other group activities

• Respond to employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

• Conduct onboarding and offboarding administrations

• Provide necessary administrative assistance to managers and employees to achieve business goals

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations including invoice, expense report, and corporate card

• Communicate with public services when necessary

• Maintains files, databases, and archives of relevant records

• Schedule and coordinate recruitment interviews

• All other duties as assigned

 

Please consider the following qualifications:

​​​​​​​• Minimum of associate's degree in business administration or related field

• 2+ years of Administrative or HR experience working in California

• Business level Japanese and English language is a must

• Must be able to read and write Japanese

• High IT literacy

• Proficiency in relevant software tools, computer savvy, and able to navigate IT communication tools smoothly

• Strong and efficient written and verbal communications skills in both online and offline

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Attention to detail

• Strong time-management skills

• Flexibility, openness, and ability to thrive in an environment of change

​​​• Finance background is a plus

• Data Analytics experience is a plus

• Interested in learning and obtaining new skills
