Diligent and Passionate Japanese Bilingual IT Support Engineer Needed for Japanese Company!

A Japanese IT Company located in Gardena, CA is currently looking for a full time, fully onsite IT Help Desk support Engineer to join their team.
On-the-Job training is provided for new recruits. The training period (1-6 months) will be determined according to the candidate’s skill level.
Any corporate IT experience is a plus, but no previous technical experience is required for an entry-level as long as showing the ability and willingness to quickly learn technical and communication skills.
DOE and skills, the salary for this position could be anywhere between 41k-47k. (STEM OPT graduates are encouraged to apply)
Your essential duties would include the following:
-Technical support for products (apps) in English. Mainly by email, but also online support via Zoom is available on rare occasions.
-Remotely monitor and trouble-shoot IT infrastructure system problems via internet and phone, provide cloud system users of technical support by phone/internet.
-Communicate with the application developer in Japan via email and participate in regular meetings in Japanese
.-Participate in technical support related translation work and projects, ISMS, internal IT system management work, and other assignments as required.

-Conversational level Japanese language capability is required.-Fluency in English is required.
-Self-learning ability, team-work oriented/non-self-center attitude, appreciation to other employees and customers, diligence, perseverance, detail-oriented, proactive, very cautious not to make a careless mistake, well anticipated behavior, time-punctuality, and ability to perform well under pressure are required.
-Must have positive attitude, be flexible to work-hour/days according to project needs, and able to work in global operation environment with understanding of cultural differences.
